Terms of Service

1. You customize your card, upload a photo, and complete checkout.
2. We print your cards on premium matte stock.
3. We ship your order and send tracking when available.

Payment is processed at checkout through Stripe. Please review your design carefully in the online preview before you place your order.

Our online customizer shows a live preview of your card as you work. Check names, dates, spelling, and photo placement before checkout — custom printed orders cannot be changed after printing begins.

Expedited shipping refers to faster carrier service after your card is printed. It does not shorten production time.

Because every card is printed specifically for you, we cannot offer refunds once printing has begun — even if you change your mind about the design, text, or quantity.

If your order arrives damaged or misprinted due to our error, we will reprint it or refund you. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Prices are shown at checkout in US dollars. We may change prices at any time, but the price displayed when you place your order is the price you pay.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We use Stripe Elements so your card details go directly to Stripe's servers — we never see, store, or have access to your full card number. Payment is captured when you complete checkout.

By uploading a photo, you confirm that:

• You have the legal right to use and reproduce the image
• The image does not infringe any third party's copyright or other rights
• You have obtained any consent required from other identifiable people depicted

You agree to indemnify and hold Urlakuna LLC harmless from any claims, costs, or damages arising from your use of a photo you did not have the right to reproduce.

You may not submit:

• Photos you do not have the right to use
• Images or text that are obscene, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful
• Content that violates any applicable law

We reserve the right to cancel orders that violate these terms, with a full refund.

The design templates, software, and layout system on this site are our property. You retain ownership of the content you submit — your text, your photo, your card details. By submitting, you grant us a limited license to reproduce your content solely for the purpose of producing your order.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Urlakuna LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this service. Our total liability for any claim related to a specific order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California. Small claims court remains available to either party.

We may update these terms. We will post the updated version here and change the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
