When will my order arrive?

Typically 2–4 days (Mon–Sat) after we ship to California.

Transit counts Monday–Saturday (Sunday excluded). Estimates only — actual delivery may vary by carrier volume and weather.

Transit time starts after we ship. Order at least 5 business days before your service date.

Before we ship

Review names, dates, spelling, and photo placement in the customizer before checkout — what you submit is what we print.

We send a shipping confirmation with your tracking number as soon as your package leaves our facility.

Note: Expedited shipping is a faster carrier service only — transit time after we ship, not a rush on printing.

We ship Monday–Saturday and are closed Sundays and US federal holidays. Transit times start when we ship, not when you order. Ground counts Mon–Sat; expedited air skips Sundays and may deliver Saturday when the carrier supports it. Delivery estimates also skip federal holidays. Actual timing may vary during peak periods.

Where we ship

We ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship internationally.

Tracking

We email your tracking number as soon as your order ships. If you don't see it, check your spam folder. You can also reply to your order confirmation email and we'll look it up for you.

Planning for a service date

If you need cards for a funeral, memorial, or celebration of life, count backward from the date you need them:

  • Add shipping transit time (3–7 days standard ground, 2-day expedited air)

We recommend ordering at least 5 business days before you need your cards. For rush situations, email us at [email protected] before ordering and we can advise on realistic timelines.

We cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date. Carrier delays happen. We are not responsible for delays outside our control.

Lost or significantly delayed packages

If your tracking has not updated in 10 business days, email us at [email protected] with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will reship at no charge.

Incorrect address

You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address you provided, we will reship — but you will be responsible for the new shipping cost.
